This program is designed for early graduates with studies in engineering, design, data and business, with a high level of English and a great curiosity for new technologies, looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and global environment.
Responsibilities
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
As part of the Santander Retail Graduate Program, you will be a key driver of innovation, creating products and solutions that make a difference in the financial sector. Some of your responsibilities will be:

* Market Research: Conduct studies to better understand our customers and analyze competitor strategies.
* Prototype Development: Participate in the design of wireframes and prototypes of digital products that are intuitive and easy to use.
* Digital Product Development: Participate in the development of large-scale digital banking products (deposits, loans, mortgages, etc.), ensuring they exceed customer expectations and market trends.
* User Testing: Conduct tests with the team responsible to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of the products in development.
* Project Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet established objectives.
* Product Optimization: Analyze product performance and propose improvements to optimize customer experience.
* Data Analysis: Use advanced tools to identify market trends and evaluate the performance of our products.
