We're looking for a results-driven Business Developer to help accelerate growth in the UK/US market. You’ll be joining a fast-growing European digital agency with international ambitions, working from our offices in central Madrid.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales, loves the challenge of generating leads from scratch, and wants to grow within an ambitious, international environment.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify potential B2B leads in target industries and geographies
Launch cold outreach campaigns via email and phone
Qualify leads through discovery calls and book meetings for senior sales teams
Maintain a high level of outreach activity while keeping conversations relevant and engaging
Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach tactics
Stay on top of digital marketing trends and services (SEO, PPC, content, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
Fluent English speaker (native or near-native level)
1–2 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B or agency environments
Confident communicator with proven cold calling/emailing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace
Familiar with CRM tools (like HubSpot)
A plus: any knowledge of digital marketing services

Salary: €30–35K fixed + attractive performance-based bonuses
