Responsible management of the sales
* Acquisition and sale of real estate properties
* Expansion and maintenance of the contact network
* Developing a deep understanding of the local property market, its products and services offered
* Preparation of market analyses and property presentations
Good command of written and spoken Spanish, English and German
* Proven sales experience in the property industry and experience in team leadership
