Responsibilities
- Learn by doing: Participate in all stages of the audit process, from planning to reporting, and support the delivery of the audit plan by completing your assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact.
- Understand the business: Gain insights into key risks and processes in the insurance and financial sectors, and build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
- Apply new technologies: Use Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to deliver smarter audits, recognizing their importance in delivering optimal audit outcomes and future‑proofing your skillsets.
- Collaborate globally “As One”: Collaborate with colleagues across different countries in a dynamic, supportive environment.
- Grow continuously: Develop technical and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or similar.
- 1–2 years of experience (including internships), ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Analytical and critical thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Basic knowledge of audit methodology, internal controls, and preferably insurance sector.
- Interest in learning Data Analytics, IT, and GenAI.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver assigned activities on time.
