CESA, Compañía Española de Sistemas Aeronáuticos S.A.U, is an international company, part of the Canadian Group Héroux- Devtek, and is now known as Héroux-Devtek Spain (HD Spain).
Its main activities include design, development, production, maintenance and product support of various actuation and hydraulic systems. Hydraulic and Electromechanical technologies are used in a variety of applications ranging from flight controls or landing gear actuation and cargo door or nacelles as an example.
Summary of position:
Forming a team of five people and reporting to the line supervisor, the selected individual will join as a Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Non-Destructive Testing Inspector in a company dedicated to the manufacturing of aeronautical equipment.
Main responsibilities:
Main Duties:
* Perform non-destructive inspections: magnetic particle (MT) inspection, liquid penetrant (PT) inspection, and Nital etching inspection.
* Interpretation of drawings, instructions, procedures, and/or standards to determine part conformity.
* Inspection of parts using precision measuring tools.
POSITION CONDITIONS:
* Permanent contract.
* Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts with 3 shifts: Morning (6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), afternoon (2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), night (10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.).
* Scalable annual gross salary: Starting at €30,000 the first year, €32,500 the second year, and €35,000 the third year.
* Shift bonus of €1,700/year.
Qualifications:
Certification in magnetic particle and penetrant testing (NDT) according to the EN4179 Level 2 standard for the aeronautical sector is essential for the position.
A minimum English level of B1 is required.
