Requirements: Solid technical foundation with proven knowledge of gas and steam turbines
Education: Technical Engineering, Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or similar, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Energy
The team you join: Repsol Low-Carbon Generation (Renewables), a key pillar in Repsol's 2024-2027 Strategic Plan aimed at decarbonization and multi-energy provision nationally and internationally.
Your role: Provide technical support for plant maintenance, both scheduled and unscheduled, including onsite monitoring of shutdowns and discussions of technical reports and interventions by OEMs. Minimize plant downtime and ensure production, while leading safety and environmental initiatives. Develop a short, medium, and long-term plant vision.

Ideal candidate profile:
* Education in Technical Engineering or similar, with specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Energy
* Experience of 10-12 years, with at least 3 years in relevant tasks
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher
* Strong teamwork, communication, management skills, and technical rigor
* Proven knowledge of gas and steam turbines
