Key Responsibilities
* Conduct risk identification and assessments.
* Plan, monitor, and evaluate preventive measures in the workplace.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
* Prepare reports and summaries for management, participating in decision-making meetings.
* Implement and oversee compliance with ISO 45001 standards supporting area managers.
* Maintain and update emergency plans.
* Conduct training sessions and organize regular emergency drills.
* Ensure PPE and operational controls meet safety requirements.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Perform site visits and inspections across Europe to ensure project compliance and progress.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Technical Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in engineering.
* C1-level English or higher.
* Willing to travel 40% across Europe.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
* Internal auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
