Valet is responsible for supporting the housekeeping operation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient service delivery across guest floors and back-of-house areas.
\n
The Valet reports to the

Housekeeping Supervisor / Assistant Housekeeper

\n
As Valet, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nAttend to guest requests promptly and efficiently, including laundry collection, delivery of amenities, and any other in-room services required.\nMaintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across assigned guest floors.
\n
Support Room
\n
Attendants and Supervisors in ensuring that pantries are well-organized and stocked, including linen and housekeeping supplies.\nAssist in the distribution of linen, amenities, and operational materials across different floors.\nConduct regular inspections of guest floors, corridors, and back-of-house areas, reporting any maintenance issues.\nEnsure deep cleaning of assigned areas, including walls, carpets, rugs, windows, and high or hard-to-reach surfaces.\nMaintain impeccable standards in corridors and public areas by cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and reporting any defects.\nCarry out cleaning tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping team.\nReplenish linen stocks in floor pantries and ensure timely transfer of soiled linen to the laundry.\nEnsure emergency exits and corridors remain clear and free of obstructions at all times.\nSupport housekeeping operations by assisting in room cleaning duties when required.\nMove and rearrange furniture to facilitate cleaning or maintenance tasks.\nMaintain housekeeping equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.\nAssist with guest room changes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.\nPerform any additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Management team.\nAs Valet, we expect from you:\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nTeam player with a proactive attitude\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nHigh level of responsibility and reliability\nGuest-oriented mindset with a professional approach\nPrevious experience in housekeeping is an asset\nBasic level of English\nOur commitment to you\n· Learning & Development.
