As our SEO & Content Specialist, you'll report directly to the Marketing Lead and take ownership of our organic growth strategy across all digital channels.
What you'll doDevelop and execute the SEO strategy across eltex's web ecosystem, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize content performance.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to plan, create, and optimize high-impact SEO content.Monitor and report on organic performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and recommend data-driven improvements.Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across all pages and platforms.Manage on-page and off-page SEO actions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders when needed.Identify and resolve technical issues affecting indexation, site structure, and overall performance.Stay up-to-date with search trends, AI overviews, and evolving SEO algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.Report directly to the Marketing Lead and contribute to the overall growth roadmap.What we're looking for~2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content strategy, preferably in fast-paced or growth environments.~ Proven analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, metrics, and ROI-focused reporting.~ Autonomy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.~ Deep understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.~ Knowledge of content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO fundamentals.~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.~ A proactive and curious attitude, eager to experiment and test new approaches.~ Passion for sustainability, technology, and eltex's vision: a world where every home runs on clean, smart, and self-managed energy.
