We are the premier Official Tour Operator for the Tour de France and a world-class reference for cycling tours, renowned throughout the cycling industry for providing best-in-class cycling experiences dedicated to avid cyclists. THE ROLE :


We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies.


What you will be doing :



Marketing and Sales Strategies :

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Regularly assess the value proposition of our products.
* Develop marketing strategies for new products or markets that align with the company's vision and standards.


Market Research and Analysis :

* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, opportunities, trends, and challenges.
* Provide market forecasts and reports by analyzing and interpreting market data.


Digital Marketing :

* Define digital marketing strategies, action plans, and KPIs to monitor performance: website management, email marketing, lead generation, social media management.
* Oversee creative and impactful marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing ROI.
* Develop lead generation and nurturing processes to convert leads into sales.
* Evaluate channel performance and optimize strategies.
* Manage vendors and third-party partners to achieve objectives.


Data Management and Performance Analysis :

* Monitor the performance of marketing and sales activities.
* Establish and track KPIs.
* Drive data analysis and monitor ROI.


Forecasting and Pipeline Management :

* Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
* Track opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and improve sales velocity.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to maximize value.


Customer Relationship Management :

* Develop and implement CRM strategies to manage customer interactions, data, and retention.
* Utilize CRM data for insights and decision-making.


What we are looking for :

* Degree in marketing or related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising campaigns, and CRM management.
* Extensive experience in the US market.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Passion for cycling.
