Mainly focused on the execution (and documentation) of /ppbooking requests, you also help the Relationship Managers in researching rare luxury /ppobjects and experiences. Your responsibilities are both operational and administrative and /pplisted below. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /ppbr/ppAdministrative: /pp• Research and compare offers, prices, in order to ensure that our members are getting the /ppbest possible deal. /pp• Arrange and confirm most of the booking requests made by our members or walk-ins. /pp• Assist client with booking changes and special inquiries regarding reservations. /pp• Help your Relationship Managers in researching new offers and opportunities that are /pprelevant to our members. /pp• Actively support client account management by ensuring client information is updated and /ppaccurate at all times. /pp• Document every request in our database. /pp• Invoice our clients when necessary. /ppbr/ppYour profile: /pp• Proactive, you are a self-starter and unafraid in working in fast-paced start-up /ppenvironment. /pp• Organised and meticulous. /pp• Good overall knowledge and experience of the luxury industry. /pp• Fluent in Russian and English, any third language is a plus. /pp•Customer oriented.
