JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En Rhenus Overland Transport España buscamos Customer Service Representative - Call Center de Logística para nuestra delegación en Ribarroja de Turia, Valencia.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Proporcionar una correcta atención a los clientes, corresponsales y sucursales.
- Resolver incidencias.
- Controlar el inventario del almacén de exportación.
- Llevar a cabo el cumplimiento de los controles y procedimientos asignados en materia de Compliance.
TAREAS
- Resolver consultas provenientes del cliente o corresponsal referentes al tránsito de mercancías. (Tiempo de tránsito o estado de la mercancía a nivel nacional e internacional)
- Contactar con el corresponsal para averiguar la causa daños, intercambios, faltas y sobra de mercancía) de las posibles incidencias para una posterior reorganización y mejora del servicio.
- Gestionar las hojas de incidencias para cada envío de mercancías y derivarlas al departamento correspondiente.
- Proporcionar la información y documentación necesarias para la tramitación de siniestros.
- Contactar con el cliente y resolver las facturas en conflicto por motivos de volumen, peso o cantidad de
- mercancía.
- Negociar los precios y costes de servicios fuera de protocolos o fuera de tarifa.
- Revisar y controlar el tiempo de permanencia de las mercancías en almacén para evitar retrasos y
- mercancía olvidada.
- Dar apoyo al departamento de Key Account Customer Service y departamento de recogidas.
- Aplicar procedimientos y controles asignados en materia de Compliance.
