Your exciting field of work:
In this position, you will help shape how our portfolio of passive components for the automotive industry evolves. You combine technical understanding with market awareness, coordinate international interfaces, and drive both new product development and the further enhancement of existing solutions. In doing so, you help turn market requirements into robust, future‑oriented product solutions.
Create what is next: You work on and lead projects to develop new passive components for automotive applications. At the same time, you evaluate how existing products can be adapted to meet new market and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:

- Keep the bigger picture in view: You maintain an overview of the passive components portfolio for the automotive business, research relevant developments, and derive concrete next steps from your findings. This creates transparency around where optimization, further development, or new impulses are needed.
- Understand the technology: Beyond market and product topics, the technical evaluation of components is also part of your role. This includes electrical measurements and the assessment of technical results as a basis for product decisions and further development.
- Connect processes globally: To make sure good product ideas are reliably implemented, you work closely with our international production sites. You coordinate approvals, support optimization measures, and help ensure product quality and supply chain reliability.
Skills & Requirements:
-
- Basics: Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, power electronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge: Experience with passive components is an advantage. A good understanding of trends, requirements, and developments in the automotive sector is also desirable.
- Passion: You are motivated by developing technical products further, understanding market needs, and translating them into strong product ideas.
- Willingness to travel: International travel is part of the role for project alignment, coordination, and production‑related topics.
- Communication: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strengths: You work independently, communicate clearly, and bring a collaborative mindset to international teamwork.
Our comprehensive offer:
-
- Perspective: You will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally through feedback, development programs, and learning opportunities, for example via the Würth Academy.
- Strong environment: You can expect a mid‑sized company culture backed by the strength of a larger corporate group, combined with international collaboration and real room to shape your work.
- Well‑being: Depending on the location, you may benefit from health and sports programs and additional well‑being offers.
- Special extras: Additional benefits may include corporate benefits, company events, and special payments for important life events. xhfqzwm
