Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, or similar).Experience in vehicle validation, testing, or performance engineering.Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, NVH, BS& R, and systems/components validation.Experience in real-world testing and data analysis.Analytical, proactive profile with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tests simultaneously.Advanced level of English (minimum B2).Valid driving license (Category B).
