As Supplier Analyst, you oversee a portfolio of 200 suppliers, driving data-driven insights and risk-based prioritization to support global strategies and compliance. You’ll act as a bridge between Category Management and Business Units, ensuring alignment with policies while enabling scalable performance improvements. You will analyze spend and performance, lead supplier engagements, and coordinate with Suppliers Technicians to maintain continuity and contract adherence.

This role is a pivotal contributor to supplier health and operational excellence at scale. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and optimize the supplier ecosystem.

- Oversee the supplier portfolio across assigned category and support development of high-level Supplier Plans
- Analyze spending and performance data to assist in segmentation and plan refinement
- Identify spend consolidation opportunities and coordinate targeted development activities with Supplier Technicians
- Ensure baseline contract compliance and alignment with Flowserve policies
- Schedule and lead supplier engagements and business reviews based on KPI compliance
- Monitor capacity, lead times, and service levels to ensure business continuity
- Escalate performance or risk concerns to Suppliers Technicians as needed
- Manage supplier relationships and drive improvements in competitiveness, delivery, quality, and cost
- Coordinate risk management for high-risk suppliers and maintain risk elements in the SC Risk App
- Maintain accurate master data and communicate with stakeholders to resolve escalations
- Analyze supplier load versus business needs and propose alternative sourcing options
- Solve routine issues with site leadership and support issue resolution through data gathering and cross-functional escalation
- Support business continuity and supplier responsiveness by focusing on high-impact suppliers
- Ensure governance across multiple business units with visibility to performance and contractual terms

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years of experience in Supply xugodme Chain
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder collaboration & relationship management
- Understanding of both commercial and technical areas of supply chain
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Knowledge of supplier base within the category area of operation
- Understanding of market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Certified Supply Chain Professional
- Geographically mobile for engagement opportunities
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels
