Overview
The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site reactive service for our Microbiology products located within hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. The role includes installation and upgrades of these systems, secondary responsibility for preventative maintenance, and participation in pre-installation testing and documentation of uncovered technical issues.
Main Responsibilities
* Start-up of new systems on-site
* Preventive maintenance of the equipment and related administrative tasks (inventory control, spare parts management, expense reports, shipments, RMA, etc.)
* Corrective on-site visits to resolve incidents
* Other administrative tasks related to field service functions
About You / Qualifications
* Educated at least to A-level standard; a degree in Electronics or Telecommunications is preferred
* No experience required or experience is acceptable
* Professionalism, autonomy, and organizational capacity
* Self-training capacity
* Ability to assess and analyze each situation exhaustively before requesting support
Salary
Salary range for this position: EUR 45,000 - 50,000
Salary Range Information: €40,700.00 - €65,150.00 EUR Annual
