To continue with our growth and development plan, we want to add a Key Account Manager to our team who combines sales skills with technical knowledge in technology to sell IT products or services (software, hardware, cloud solutions) to our customers.
Role Goals
* Seek new customers and develop the target market.
* Understand customer problems and propose appropriate technological solutions (hardware, software, cloud services).
* Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products.
* Manage the sales process until the deal is closed.
* Maintain a good after‑sales relationship and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
* Collaborate with engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Desired Requirements
* Technical profile with communication and leadership skills.
* High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English.
* Availability to start immediately.
