What You'll Do
Manage and grow existing client accounts using a consultative sales approach
Identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio and build a strong sales pipeline
Engage with decision-makers (including C-level) to understand business needs
Recommend and position cloud-based solutions aligned with customer objectives
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-quality deals
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experience
Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience (prospecting closing cycle exposure)
Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships
Experience engaging with business clients or decision-makers
Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based technologies
German (B2+/C1) and English (B2) communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Willingness to relocate to Kraków (mandatory)
