Long-term stable opportunity
We are looking for 2 Senior Platform Engineers to join a strategic digital forensics platform within a critical public administration environment.
This is not a standard operations role. You will work on complex, distributed and high-availability infrastructures where reliability, scalability and security are essential.
Your Mission
You will be part of a senior engineering team responsible for the deployment, operation and evolution of a mission-critical platform.
Key responsibilities:
* Deployment and lifecycle management of production-grade platforms.
* Advanced Linux systems administration.
* Design, deployment and operation of Kubernetes clusters.
* Infrastructure management over OpenStack environments.
* Container ecosystem management (Docker).
* Administration of distributed Hadoop clusters.
* ElasticSearch deployment and performance tuning in clustered environments.
* Ensuring high availability and resilience across the infrastructure.
* Collaboration in automation and DevOps-related tasks.
* Technical documentation and cross-team coordination (GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
* Participation in on-call rotation (alternate weeks, very low incident volume).
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in Linux systems administration (enterprise environments).
* Hands-on experience deploying and managing full Kubernetes clusters.
* Solid knowledge of OpenStack.
* Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
* Hadoop cluster administration.
* ElasticSearch in distributed setups.
* Experience working in high-availability / mission-critical infrastructures.
* English level C1 minimum.
* Based in Madrid.
