**IT Support Specialist Ibérica - Sevilla**

- Your Tasks
- Forward tickets to specialized departments if necessary
- Ensure data maintenance in the service and ticketing system (ICT assets, inventory, tickets)
- Manage user access, report IT security incidents, and support the IT security team on local compliance issues
- Maintain and update knowledge bases, document resolutions, gather user feedback, and help improve IT support processes
- Prepare and/or review decision-making documents for the Spain office
- With this you convince us
- A background in IT-related studies, supported by relevant certifications, for example certifications in Windows OS or similar systems are highly desirable
- Basic networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software, and at least 3 years of relevant experience with employer verification
- Fluent language skills in English and Spanish is a must
- Strong communication and teamwork skill as well as diplomatic, well-organized, stress-resistant, and reliable personality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with suppliers and contractors when required
