About the Role

You will be working with international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

* Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements
* Providing accurate information and following established processes via email and phone
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Finnish language skills at C2 level and advanced English proficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
* User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
* A problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
* A positive, motivated attitude to handle challenging customer issues
* Goal-oriented work approach
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business processes
* Affinity with accommodation platforms
* Experience in customer service or contact centers is valued
* Availability to work both from the office and remotely (within 100 km of the office)
Contract Details
The contract details are as follows:
* 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)
* Shift hours: 09:00 - 20:00
