Join our Packaging Back Office Team as a Packaging Back Office Intern and step into a dynamic, hands‑on environment where operational excellence fuels the business. From managing purchase orders and coordinating shipments to maintaining documentation, tracking inventory, and supporting data analysis, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well‑organized packaging operations.

The Packaging Back Office is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of materials, documentation, and stock across SanLucar’s operations. As a Packaging Back Office Intern, you will support the operational flow of materials by managing and following up on orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring all documentation remains accurate and audit‑ready. You’ll help monitor stock levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages, while also assisting with purchase–sale invoicing and the preparation of production sheets linked to campaign planning. Additionally, you will contribute to data analysis using Power BI, helping identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency across the packaging operations.

Requirements
What you’ll bring along
- You are a student or recent graduate in fields such as: Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- You are meticulous, responsible, proactive, and motivated to learn in a dynamic operational environment.
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with documentation, orders, and inventory information.
- You are comfortable coordinating with different teams (logistics, warehouses, production) and enjoy working collaboratively.
- You are able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow up on processes such as orders, shipments, and documentation.
- You have basic knowledge or interest in tools such as Power BI for data visualization and trend identification.
- You have a medium level of English proficiency.
