As our Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of exciting initiatives:
* Lead and execute impactful Pricing & Reimbursement and Market Access projects right here in Spain.
* Design and implement cutting‑edge national and regional market access strategies for both upcoming pipeline products and established in‑market solutions.
* Engage directly with clients and contribute significantly to business development initiatives. Your ideas will help us grow!
* Provide invaluable support to company leadership, working directly with our CEOs to shape our strategic direction.
* Contribute to the company’s Thought Leadership in collaboration with the CEOs – your insights will help define our industry.
Your profile
Are You the One We’re Looking For? ✨
We’re seeking a talented individual with:
* A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting (preferred) and/or the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the core activities of this role – it's essential!
* A solid degree in Economics or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology, etc.).
* Postgraduate studies (PhD, Master’s), training in Health Economics, and scientific publications will definitely be a plus!
* In‑depth knowledge and practical experience of the Spanish healthcare system, pharmaceutical policy environment, key structures, and stakeholders. You know the landscape inside out!
* A high level of commitment, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. We value dedication!
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. ¡Hola! Hello!
