Uber support up to 25.00 € for early shifts starting at 06:00
Role Overview We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.
You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities Support users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels
Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Candidate Requirements Native-level German
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environment
Nice to have
Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)
Technical troubleshooting background
Compensation Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months
Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day
