Inside Sales (M/F) – Spain

Location: Granollers–Barcelona, Spain – On-site & remote work
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Your Mission

AAs an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager or BU Director, supporting both our commercial development and customer relationships.

Your Main Responsibilities

* Manage quotation requests and prepare sales offers independently, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
* Follow up offers proactively to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
* Process and monitor orders in our SAP system, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
* Meet and exceed your KPI and commercial targets.
* Act as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with your customer portfolio.
* Keep the CRM system up to date and support sales prospecting.
* Participate in customer visits and industry events when needed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and new business opportunities.

Your Profile

* Experience in similar roles as an Inside Sales
* More than 3 years of experience in a technical or distribution environment within the industrial sector.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Chinese and Portuguese are a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: empathetic and customer-oriented.
* Strong technical curiosity and commercial mindset.
* Autonomous, well-organized, and comfortable working in a small international team.
* Reactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, determined, and results-driven.
