Experteer Overview As Marketing Automation Specialist in IMI Climate Control, you will drive local activation of global campaigns through Pardot and Salesforce, optimizing websites, landing pages, and email funnels. You’ll collaborate across Central and Local Marketing to scale campaigns regionally, delivering analytics and actionable insights. You will own marketing automation processes, lead nurturing, and campaign workflows, and provide best-practice guidance to markets. This hands-on role combines multi-market execution with training and enablement, shaping digital marketing excellence and campaign impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate local website edits and updates;
create localized campaign landing pages and forms - Own Pardot operations, including configuration and Salesforce synchronization;
define processes for email marketing, lead management and nurturing - Promote best practices for Pardot and Salesforce across markets;
implement marketing automation workflows - Manage email lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture plans;
activate email funnels for hero campaigns - Support pre-/post-event Pardot setup, lead capture, and imports;
train markets on automation - Develop and maintain campaign dashboards in Salesforce;
prepare monthly campaign reporting for OPR - Deliver monthly and ad-hoc analytics and KPI reporting;
