Here at CORUS, we are looking for a
Community Manager
to join our team on an international insurance project.
Location:
Remote (you must be in Spain)
Role and Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Manage the company's global social media accounts, analyze and categorize posts, and handle alerts, distribution, and escalation processes.
Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions on social customer care, manage incoming requests via support contact forms, and support the adoption of Sprinklr for Customer Care, including KPI and dashboard implementation.
Platform Support:
Provide end-to-end support for Sprinklr and Meta Business, including configuration, bugs, tickets, and permissions.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Understand and address community members' needs, provide timely responses, and coordinate customer management across Business Units.
Analytical Thinking:
Create reports on social media activities, analyze data and KPIs, and recommend strategies for community engagement.
Skills and Experience:
University education or equivalent, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English (native preferred) and fluent in Spanish;
German is a plus.
Experience with social media tools like Sprinklr and Meta Business.
Experience in customer service for organic and paid campaigns.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital trends and platform changes.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
