- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. It’s a plus to have experience working with packaging machinery.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus
