JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Channel Expert to work on one of our clients' projects and lead the growth and optimization of our digital touchpoints at the group level.
In this pivotal role, you will drive digital business success by enhancing traffic, engagement, and revenue across websites and apps, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital initiatives. Your main focus will be to :
1. Drive digital business growth by boosting traffic, acquisition, engagement, conversion, and digital revenue across our digital touchpoints, including websites and apps in our different product lines (Consumption, Health, Finance, Legal) and business units.
2. Work cross-functionally with local and group Marketing, Editorial, Digital, and IT teams, along with product lines and business units, to deliver initiatives supporting digital growth, e-commerce opportunities, and content monetization.
3. Translate commercial and product line needs into initiatives and delivery plans for potential new digital products, features, or services, collaborating closely with the Digital Channels and Digital Innovation teams.
4. Develop, plan, and execute digital products, features, and services in collaboration with product lines, countries, and IT.
5. Manage technical or business service suppliers related to key initiatives within the Digital Channels department.
PROFILE
* More than 5 years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or e-commerce, ideally in the publishing, media, or content industry.
* Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
* Familiar with tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
* Knowledge of AI-assisted content delivery, recommendation engines, or personalization platforms.
* Experience in digital engagement, conversion optimization, and SEO.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Collaborative and organized, able to work across multiple specialty teams.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
