JOB SUMMARY
The Land Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for managing the full cycle of land-related operations, including land acquisition, raw land management, legal coordination, and leasing activities. This role involves identifying and securing potential land properties, overseeing the legal and regulatory aspects of land transactions, and ensuring that acquired lands are properly managed, protected, and utilized.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Land Acquisition
• Identify and evaluate potential properties for land acquisition.
• Supervise the entire process of buying land, including initial negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Coordinate due diligence, including site inspections, title verification, and background checks.
• Communicate and coordinate with landowners, brokers, and government offices to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure all purchases are properly documented, registered, and legally compliant.
2. Raw Land Management
• Oversee ongoing management of acquired raw land properties.
• Ensure all lands are properly maintained and remain free from illegal settlers, encroachments, or unauthorized use.
• Work with survey teams to confirm boundaries and manage access or right-of-way issues.
• Regularly monitor property status and provide reports on condition, occupancy risks, and legal concerns.
3. Legal Matters
• Coordinate with legal teams on land title transfers, contract reviews, and resolution
• Address any disputes, third-party claims, or land-related legal interventions.
4. Land Leasing Projects
• Supervise leasing activities for raw land, including negotiations, contract drafting, and client coordination.
• Monitor lessee obligations and oversee lease renewals, terminations, and collections if applicable.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Real Estate
Experience: Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as an Acquisition Supervisor from a Real Estate industry.
