We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director, Sales to join our growing Revenue team, focusing on the Spanish market. This leadership role involves building and nurturing a talented sales team, designing innovative market strategies, securing key clients, and collaborating across departments to enhance our market presence.
The Director, Sales will report to the EMEA VP of Sales and lead all business development and market expansion efforts in Spain. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing a team of Sales Managers and Account Directors, providing mentorship, setting goals, and working closely with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and leading sales teams to target brands and marketing agencies.
2. Collaboration: Partnering with Client Services for operational efficiency and excellent customer experience.
3. Strategy: Developing and executing regional sales strategies to motivate the team and surpass quotas, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market footprint.
4. Cross-Functional Engagement: Working with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
5. Client Engagement: Supporting team members in pitching to and closing deals with key clients and prospects.
6. Continuous Improvement: Using insights to enhance team performance and sales processes.
7. Cultural Ambassador: Promoting StackAdapt's core values and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
Qualifications include:
1. Expertise in programmatic media strategies and the digital advertising landscape.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English.
3. Proven success in sales to brands and agencies with strong industry relationships.
4. Leadership experience in high-growth environments.
5. Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and analytical skills.
6. Understanding of the Spanish market's unique needs and connections.
7. Experience with StackAdapt is a plus.
