Experteer Overview In this role you will maintain and optimize IT applications serving Spares, MRO and Training processes within Airbus Helicopters. You will collaborate with project managers, MSPs and users to ensure high availability, performance and operability of home-made and COTS solutions. You will drive incident resolution, change validation and lifecycle management in a centralized IT operations context. You will shape reliable, scalable IT services for a global aerospace environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Run and support IT operations: incident oversight, Level 2/3 support coordination, and resolution tracking - Coordinate with MSPs for change management and monitoring of interventions - Ensure SLA compliance and act as primary liaison with service providers - Manage technical lifecycle: OS, middleware, DB obsolescence, upgrades - Maintain security certificates and service accounts;
perform routine server administration - Audit processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvement plans - Define and monitor performance KPIs (MTTR, uptime, incident volume) - Maintain up-to-date knowledge base, documentation and CMDBResponsabilidades - 3–5 years in a similar Ops/Production/Technical Service Delivery role - Experience with ITSM/Ticketing, especially ServiceNow (Incident, Change, CMDB) - Basic Windows Server administration and virtualization understanding - SQL Server or equivalent database operations - Knowledge of Active Directory, load balancing (F5) and firewall management - Proficient in English;
