Overview
Based in the Shopping Centers (SC), you’ll play a proactive role in promoting the attractiveness, development and performance of our site. Report to the SC Manager and work closely with the head‑office Marketing Department to deliver integrated marketing, communications and digital strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the center’s annual marketing action plan in line with Group policy.
Design, manage and execute marketing policy, including site‑specific events and communications.
Boost digital presence across websites, apps, interactive directories, Facebook, Instagram.
Manage center communications policy with agency, adapt image and services, develop press relations and sponsorships.
Coordinate event operations ensuring compliance with upstream specifications.
Contribute to the center’s positioning and develop loyalty programs and customer satisfaction metrics.
Serve as a key contact and rallying force for shopkeepers (through GIE or Shopkeepers' Association).
Qualifications
Higher education from a reputed university or business school, specializing in marketing and/or communication.
At least 1 year of experience (internships/apprenticeships allowed) in retail, operational marketing or event communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Curious, rigorous, and able to propose innovative and creative action plans.
Strong passion for technology, service delivery and 4‑star service.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Capable of persuading internal and external stakeholders.
