With revenues of more than $40 billion and the largest investment in R&D; in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.**Location/Division Specific Information**The Budapest General Business Service Center was opened at end of 2018, and by now it has more than 650 employees supporting our customers in the area of Finance, Customer Care, IT Center of Excellence, Service Operations, RPA, Technical Application Support, Payroll and Procurement.**What will you do?**- ** Work with local vendors such as leasing companies.**:- Process all Fleet new starter documentation and on-boarding new members of staff.- Manage vehicle handovers to drivers.- Ensure given processes are followed to comply with company guidelines and local legislation.- Processing of car fines and liaising with the driver and payroll.- Manage leasing contracts of company cars, e.G. novation’s.- Distribute monthly reports.- Coordinate renewals and car orders.- Ensure compliance with car policy.- Update and maintain Fleet records, inputting data into in house systems.- Invoice checking and approval.**How will you get here?**- Minimum 1-2 years of Fleet Management or other Automotive Experience.- Fluent business level in Spanish.- Fluent business level in English.- Excellent Customer Service Skills.- Strong Experience in both Word and Excel and Outlook.- Self-Motivated, Organized personality.- Attention to details attitude.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 100,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
