Job Responsibilities:

* Attending daily meetings and all Pipeline meetings of assigned region and submitting daily meeting reports and weekly pipeline minutes.
* Follow up for the Support requested by Sales Person
* Customer -Check all customer entries are accurate and on Zoomlion standard
* Visits - Check all visits records are as per requirement.
* Update Routine plan data on the business management table of last day customers tagged, executed and manager commented
* Ensure team has made visit Plan in proper for H1& H2 by using Tag Function for all their customers
* Liaising with the Marketing team & IT whenever there is issue
* Assisting Country managers when they required support or reports
* Oversee post-onboarding arrangements for sales personnel, including procurement of computers, business card printing, distribution of work uniforms, printing and collection of product line promotional materials, and business vehicle leasing.
* Provide sales activity support, including coordinating customer day events and exhibition participation, handling application reports and procedures, managing exhibition equipment, preparing materials and gifts, and drafting promotional materials for exhibitions.
* Handle office administrative duties, including purchasing desks, chairs, and appliances, liaising with cleaning companies, paying utility bills, and procuring other office and daily necessities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support. xbhjioe
* Proficient in using office software and CRM.
* Familiar with sales support tools and methodologies.
* Familiarity with sales process and procedures
* Experience in Web and Marketing
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
