Technical Lead Embedded Software (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for medical devices
Coordinate and mentor a team of software engineers
Collaborate with hardware, QA, regulatory and industrial design teams
Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, and validation
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (IEC *****, ISO *****, etc.)
Participate in code reviews, risk analyses, and architecture evaluations
Manage technical project planning: estimates, priorities, risks, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure software quality through the implementation of testing and automation practices
Interact directly with clients to define requirements and technical solutions
Your profile
8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles
Experience developing software for safety-critical and regulated environments
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and component-based design
Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
Familiarity with regulated software lifecycles and technical documentation management
Understanding of relevant regulatory standards (IEC *****, ISO *****, ISO *****)
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to make complex technical decisions and communicate solutions clearly
