This role is idóneo for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.Key Responsibilities- Support users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues- Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels- Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels- Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service qualityCandidate Requirements- Native-level German- English proficiency at B2 level or higher- Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Comfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environmentNice to have- Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)- Technical troubleshooting backgroundCompensation- Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months- Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working dayBenefits & Relocation- Health insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution.
