PstrongemiVascular /em /strong is a fast growing company founded in 2010 in Barcelona (Spain) with the aim of developing medical devices and therapies for the treatment of disorders of the vascular system and to become a reference in the vascular field by enhancing the value of technology and innovation. /ppThe team that started strongemiVascular /em /strong has more than 30 years of experience in the field of vascular devices, being responsible for obtaining one of the first CE marks for a drug-eluting stent more than 20 years ago. /ppbr/ppWe are currently looking for an strongemRD PROJECT LEADER /em /strong for our plant located in strongSant Vicenç dels Horts /strong (Barcelona). /ppbr/ppYour main objective will be to lead the development of a delivery system for a medical device, from 2D/3D prototype design to the management of prototype manufacturing, coordination of bench testing, analysis of results and report writing, leading the device verification phase, and preparing the necessary documentation for submission to regulatory authorities. /ppbr/ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliPrepare the technical planning for assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company. /liliIn collaboration with the department head, prepare project budgets and define the technical and human resources to achieve the technical and economic objectives. /liliEnsure the feasibility and technical quality of the solutions proposed. /liliCoordinate and implement the production process for the products developed. /liliResearch and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, and costs of products. /liliDefine purchasing specifications and approve suppliers from the initial stage until the product is transferred to the factory, sending guidelines for subsequent procurement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDESIRED PROFILE: /strong /pulliIndustrial Engineering, especially in the mechanical, electromechanical, materials, biomedical fields or a similar one. /liliHigh level of English and Spanish. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. /liliPrevious experience working in an RD department. Previous experience working with CAD systems (especially Solidworks and Rhinoceros) and Ansys. /liliHigh capacity for multidisciplinary work, analytical capacity, integrity, cooperative spirit, communication skills.
