8–12+ years in BFSI-focused business development / sales, ideally in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.~ MBA or equivalent strategic/business education.~ Strong, demonstrable understanding of the Spanish BFSI market .~ Strong network within BFSI decision-makers and industry influencers.~ Demonstrated exposure to M&A, partnerships, or corporate strategy initiatives.~ Fluent English and Spanish
