This position is a strategic role in putting to life the sales strategies of an organization and ensuring the sales activities are geared toward meeting the organization’s strategic plan.Further, the Sales Operations Analyst must manage the business activities and processes like tracking sales, managing sales data, supporting the processing of commission, evaluating the general health of the sales process, and preparing the sales reports required for the Executive Leadership Team**Key Responsibilities**- Designing clear Sales Processes for an effective implementation- Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics- Interpreting and presenting data results- Developing detailed sales forecasting- Managing product and sales database- Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience- Providing support to sales and marketing department- Support in the CDD (Client Due Diligence) Process- Setting Organisational Sales Targets- Design and administer Sales Compensation Plan- Managing Information in the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ie Closing correctly Opportunities in Salesforce and/or Infosales)A Sales Operations Analyst's work can cover the following levels:- ** Support**- Support tasks may be mostly administrative and help streamline the work of a sales team. For instance, Sales Operations Analysts may generate sales and performance reports or maintain the CRM System as part of their duties- ** Service**- Sales Operations Analyst seek insight from sales information rather than simply presenting and curating data for sales teams- ** Solutions**- After identifying challenges, Sales Operations Analyst would help to devise solutions to ensure sales teams remain effective- ** Strategy**- The strategic input of a Sales Operations Analyst is arguably their highest level of activity. They can act as strategic partners to the sales team, helping to ensure they meet or exceed financial targets. Sales Operations Analysts can use their skills to examine sales data to identify emerging market or customer trends. They can define the opportunities and challenges these trends present to the organisations. Sales Operations Analysts can work with colleagues to develop procedures to meet these demands, capitalise on emerging opportunities and increase market activity for the organization**Qualifications**:**General Qualifications**:At least 2-3 years of experience in sales environment in Information Services, Financial Services or Professional Services sectors.Educat
