Clinical/Lab demand activities**- Promoting the products and their clinical / technical values to Lab professionals as well to Clinicians and other relevant stakeholders- Developing a complete understanding of account needs using professional selling skills- Make Strategic planning to improve client results- Negotiating contracts with the client (financial/clinical decisions makers) to perceive our products as valuable tool to manage cost budget and selected diagnostics tool, establishing a timeline of performance- Monitoring the satisfaction of the customers with the performance of the service/products.- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company- Resolving client issues and complaints- Collaborating with the marketing and technical service team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling- Reporting Activities, progress, goals, and initiatives using a company’s customer relationship management program- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management**2. Networking**- Be a highly credible representative of the business to a wide constituency. Be a costumer consultant- to create a net-work among lab professionals and clinicians within the private labs and hospitals and institutions**Requirements**:**Experience**- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs- Experience in a Pharma, Medtech or Phamaceutical company in a similar position. IVD market will be a plus- Goal-oriented, organized team player- Experience in Hospital, primary care sales- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software, BI and the Microsoft Office- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals**Skills**- Be an effective Sales Representative customer oriented- Able to communicate within the company and externally in an effective and authoritative manner.- Will be self-motivated, reliable and responsible worker.- Excellent language skills in written and spoken business **English** in addition to a local language**Qualifications**- Science graduate (medicine, pharmacy, biology, pharmacist).- MBA, Degree in Sales, Marketing or health statistics will be a plus.**Desirable**- A strong track record of successful sales skills of high value products into the NHS.- A strong network of contacts across the healthcare community at all levels.**Attributes and Attitude**- Must be able to cover large geographical areas of Spàin, with frequent overnight stops away from home and irregular hours when required.- Must have the intellectual capacity, problem solving ability, strategic vision and appetite to grow with the company and to achieve accelerated career advancement accordingly.- Must have the flexibility to adapt and succeed in a rapidly growing business environment, taking ownership of the territory and relevant projects within it.
