About the Role
We're seeking a motivated SAP Controlling Functional Consultant to join our global iShift transformation program. You'll play a key role in improving our finance systems and processes using SAP S/4HANA technology.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement SAP Controlling solutions
- Drive improvements in financial reporting and controlling efficiency across the company
- Support global rollouts of SAP deployments from planning to go-live
- Translate business needs into smart system solutions in the Controlling area
- Ensure quality, consistency, and best practices in SAP implementations
- Provide training and support to business users
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of controlling processes
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy standardized Controlling processes in SAP for all businesses globally
- Ensure consistency of solutions and adherence to Core Model principles
- Contribute to AMS activities, including L3 support and solution validation
- Lead discovery phase workshops and design solutions based on industry best practices
- Perform impact analysis for application changes and legacy systems
- Organize and execute system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Support migration activities, cut-over, and post-go-live operations
Qualifications
- Solid SAP experience in complex, international environments
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations across all phases
- Expert in SAP Controlling module configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of finance operations and SAP systems
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Agile project methodology
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer products industries
- Knowledge of AI applications in SAP S/4
- Operational experience in Controlling
- Familiarity with other SAP functional domains
- Experience working in major IT consulting firms
