P CTI Media Group is an international publishing, events, and memberships business with core interests in both the business-to-business and business-to-government fields. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our Chief Commercial Officer in pre-sales activities, with a clear path to transition into a 100% sales role once performance milestones are achieved. /p p You will play a key role in growing sponsorship and partnership revenue for our leadership forums and summits in North America and EMEA, working with senior executives across aviation, cities, and transport. /p p What you’ll do /pulli Support the CCO with pre-sales research, prospecting, proposals, and pipeline management. /lili Progress into full end-to-end sales ownership (consultative selling, negotiations, closing). /lili Drive revenue for both existing forums and new international events launching in 2026. /lili Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives through video calls and in-person meetings. /lili Manage activity and reporting via CRM, Outlook Suite, and Monday.com. /lili Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve outreach, research, and productivity. /lili Travel to expos, conferences, and leadership forums to support and sell. /li /ul p What we’re looking for /pulli Sales mindset – ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by revenue growth. /lili Eagerness to learn quickly and transition from a pre-sales support role into a 100% sales role. /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /lili Experience with CRM tools, Outlook Suite, and Monday.com. /lili Strong interest in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to work smarter in business development. /lili Proven organizational and time management skills. /lili Degree-level education (preferred). /lili Previous experience selling sponsorships in transport, aviation, or technology-related events is a plus, but not essential. /li /ul p What we offer /pulli Competitive salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression. /lili30 days holiday. /lili Flexible working (remote, with offices in Valencia, Spain). /lili Travel opportunities to international conferences and events. /lili The chance to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to global decision-makers. /li /ul
