2026 Global Management Trainee Program
For overseas graduates from Q2 2025 until July 2026, with majors in Computer Science, Telecommunications, and other related fields, after completing a rotational training program (3–6 months) at headquarters, you will be assigned to a full‑time role in our office in Madrid.

Position
Technical Support Engineer
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
* Be responsible for level 1 technical support, which may include hardware and software installation, system deployment, maintenance, upgrading, emergency handling, troubleshooting, debugging, ESL template design, and training.
* Handle customer complaints about product problems, prepare tickets, and coordinate with R&D for escalation.
* Establish, maintain, and manage after‑sales channels, providing timely warnings and driving improvement of products with major quality issues.
* Regularly summarize customer complaints and technical experiences, contributing to knowledge management (SOP, guidelines, etc.) and learning & sharing.
Majors
Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other related majors
Languages
Excellent command of English and Spanish; Chinese would be a plus.
