We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager – Data & AI (based in Barcelona).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring strong relationship management and alignment with business goals.
- Identify client needs, new project opportunities, and FTE requirements, translating them into actionable delivery and recruitment plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Recruiting, Delivery, and EPAM counterparts) to achieve project objectives and ensure service excellence.
- Lead and mentor team members working on client projects in Spain and abroad, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and performance excellence.
- Oversee the execution of Data Analytics and AI-related projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the NEORIS–EPAM partnership.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or client engagement roles.
- Proven experience in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence projects, with a solid understanding of data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Prior experience working in technology consulting firms or digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) or Data-related specializations.
- Experience collaborating with integral organizations.
