To drive the implementation of business development strategies across South Spain, originating and closing new business opportunities, and developing our security solutions.
Job Context :
Reporting to the Country Manager, Spain & Portugal.

Key Responsibilities :
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to plan, manage, and implement new business opportunities in line with the strategies set by the Country Manager, Spain, and Pre-Sales Manager.
* Assist the Country Manager, Spain, by executing regional sales, BD, and Vertical Market strategies in accordance with European and HQ directives.
* Communicate and coordinate with the Sales organization to manage the Hanwha Vision Sales Ecosystem, including Distributors, Value Added Partners, and System Integrators.
* Support the implementation of directives to meet regional business development targets.
* Collaborate with design agencies to develop comprehensive security solutions for customers.
* Build and maintain key client relationships to grow the client base aligned with company strategies.
* Provide technical customer training and on-site support at all levels.
* Plan and execute sales, customer retention, and development initiatives in line with company goals.
* Participate in important project meetings with the European sales team.
* Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business opportunities, methods, costs, and results.
* Report to the Country Manager, Spain, on all BD activities across regions.
* Monitor and report CRM data and analysis.
* Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
* Support Hanwha Vision's Technical and Marketing departments in developing new offerings, marketing, and sales materials.
* Maintain and enhance the company's image and reputation.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
* Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in CCTV or IT industries.
* Extensive experience with key Design Agencies, Prescriptions, and Systems Integrators.
* Knowledge of third-party products, protocols, and technologies.
* Industry-related qualifications or a Business/Technical Degree are advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong ability to develop lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Independent thinker with good judgment and motivation skills.
* Logical, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
* Valid driving license.
Performance Measurement :
* Project order intake in assigned vertical and regional markets.
* Average project order size in these markets.
* Contribution to overall regional business performance.
Location :
This role is field-based, involving extensive travel within South Spain (Andalusia) regularly. Occasional travel outside Spain may be required, including visits to Hanwha Vision Europe, Madrid. Alternatively, the position may be based in Madrid with travel to Andalusia expected.
