DescriptionThe Opportunity: As part of the Power Transformers Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital & automation transformation in manufacturing.You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digital / automation and process analysis programs and projects.You will share your knowledge by delivering global training.How You´ll Make an Impact- Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business.- Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.- Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.- Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions.- Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions.- Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories.- Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner.- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.Your Background- Experience in manufacturing automation / digitalization.- Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis.- Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.- Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.- International experience, working with different countries and cultures.- Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.- University degree.AccommodationsQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
