Currently we need to reinforce our team by incorporating an Executive Assistant.
Your Role
* Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks
* Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Support in preparing reports and presentations
* Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required
* Manage purchasing, import documentation, sles and incidents with suppliers
* Update internal databases with order details
Your Skills and Experience
* Previous and recent experience (at least 2 years) in functions related
* Training in international trade or other relevant fields
* Languages: High level Catalan, English and French desirable
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proactive and detail oriented mindset
