As Operations Manager, your mission will be to\nsupervise, coordinate and optimize the organization's operational processes to\nensure efficiency, quality and profitability. You will ensure that all\noperational areas function in an integrated manner, aligned with the company's\nstrategic objectives and within a framework of continuous improvement.

The functions of your position will be,\namong others:

- Design and execute projects and operational\nstrategies that improve productivity and reduce costs.
\n
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and\napplicable regulations.
\n
- Optimize human, technological and material\nresources to improve efficiency.
\n
- Define objectives and achievement metrics to\nmeasure operational effectiveness for each business unit and department,\nthrough key performance indicators (KPIs).
\n
- Provide periodic reports to senior\nmanagement on the status of operations.
\n
- Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary\nteams, ensuring effective execution of operations.
\n
- Assess and mitigate operational risks to\nensure business continuity.
\n
- Facilitate communication between different\ndepartments to ensure smooth operations, fostering a culture focused on\ncontinuous improvement, efficiency and collaboration, aligned with corporate\nstrategy.
\n
- Identify and implement new technologies to\nimprove operational efficiency, driving digitization and process automation.
\n
What do you need to stand out and grow with\nthe project?
\n
- You should have a degree in Business\nAdministration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics or\nrelated areas.
\n
- It will be valuable that you have completed\na Master's Degree in Operations Management, Business Management (MBA) or\nProject Management.
\n
- It is essential that you have around 7 years\nof experience in leadership positions in operations, logistics, production,\nwithin the automotive distribution sector, as well as experience in process\noptimization, cost reduction and improvement of operational efficiency.
\n
- Excel at a very advanced level, KPI\ntracking, use of ERP software, BI and operational management tools.
\n
