And, by harnessing our history of energy industry firsts along with the power of digital innovation, we will continue to deliver for the future.This Senior Regional Service Sales Manager for our Waukesha Engine business will be responsible for developing the market, grow, manage, track, and communicate services related orders and account activities in our Sub-Saharan Africa region, focusing on setting specific accounts strategies, grow services orders, and build & maintain relationships with key end users and channel partners. Please note that this position holder can be located in the following countries :
Spain, Portugal, Italy, France or UK Essential Responsibilities :
Ability to organize and communicate BD opportunities with the broader sales team effectivelyResearch and map key accounts and evaluate business strategiesDevelop and communicate account strategies for specific accounts in the regionBe responsible for initiating contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads and identify sales opportunities taking local emission standards into considerationResearch, monitor and report on key competitors for field services, 3rd party providers, non-OEM parts, remain parts providersUse critical thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships and translate market intelligence into compelling, winning sales strategiesCreate competitive strategies and messaging externally as well as internallyConduct win / loss calls with prospects and communicate findings to key stake holders internallyWork with PLM to develop new services products and strategiesSupport sales engagements with detailed competitive insights and strategy developmentProactive communication across all selling organizations of any recent changes or updates to competitive solutions, sales tactics or other competitive market eventsBe the ‘go-to’ person for assigned accounts in the regionBe directly or indirectly responsible for increasing win rates against key competitorsRespond to ad-hoc requests from senior management channel partners in a timely mannerOrganize customer specific services workshops to increase knowledge and transparency of services offeringsBe the voice of the customer within INNIO Waukesha and drive improvements to increase the value we bring with our services offerings to our customersQualification Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or business administrationMinimum of 5 years of professional sales and / or BD experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and / or power generation industryIn-depth knowledge of Sub-Saharan region and related experience in this areaAbility and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time (with travel at least once a month to Nigeria)Fluency in English is a must, additional language a plus (especially Portuguese)Ability to work remotely from your home officeDesired Characteristics :
